About the Role- Own the commercial sales growth strategy for the accommodation sector (hotels, resorts, serviced apartments, student housing) and deliver multi-year revenue and margin targets.
- Identify and secure strategic partnerships with national accommodation groups, developers, procurement networks and franchise groups.
- Lead enterprise pursuits end-to-end: account planning, solution design, executive presentations, pricing strategy, negotiation and contract close.
- Oversee responses to large tenders/RFPs and MSAs; coordinate inputs from product, operations, finance and legal to submit compelling, compliant proposals.
- Establish a metrics-driven operating cadence (pipeline health, win rates, deal velocity, forecast accuracy) and present insights to the Director and leadership team.
- Collaborate with Product, Operations, Purchasing and Logistics to shape offers and delivery models that meet SLAs and ensure OTIF (On-Time In-Full) outcomes for rollouts.
- Negotiate enterprise agreements including pricing models, rebates, service levels and rollout schedules; manage governance of renewals and expansions.
- Expand our presence at industry associations and events; elevate brand positioning and thought leadership in the accommodation segment.
- Maintain disciplined CRM hygiene across contacts, opportunities and forecasts to ensure visibility and accurate decision-making.
- Proven senior experience in business development or sales leadership, ideally within hospitality, accommodation or B2B manufacturing/supply.
- A strategic, data-driven operator with strong commercial acumen and executive presence.
- Track record of winning complex, high-value deals and driving sustainable revenue and margin growth.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and negotiation skills; comfortable presenting to C-suite stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel interstate as required to build relationships and oversee rollouts.
- Strong experience in business development or commercial sales leadership roles.
- Demonstrated success leading enterprise pursuits, tenders and complex negotiations.
- Experience building and managing high-performing BD or key account teams.
- Fluency with CRM, forecasting and pipeline management best practices.
- Valid and unrestricted driver's licence.
