Job Title: Support Worker

We are seeking highly skilled and compassionate support workers to join our team.

  • About the Role:

    The successful candidates will have the opportunity to work with individuals with complex care needs, providing them with the necessary support and assistance to enhance their quality of life.

    • Medication administration
    • Home Based Daily Living Support
    • Taking participants for appointments and other community participation
    • Behavior observation and support
    • Meal preparation and shopping assistance
    • Maintaining a record of participant progress
    • Assessing participants to determine continuing needs
    • Assistance in building participant self-image and self-confidence
    • Manual Handling of participants
    • Availability to cover a range of shifts including sleepovers and weekends
  • Requirements:

    To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

    • Certificate III or IV in Disability, Ageing or related industries
    • Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
    • Current National Police Clearance
    • Current NT Unrestricted Driver's License
    • Ability to work varied shifts including short shifts
