We are seeking an experienced professional who can manage client relationships and drive the delivery of end-to-end digital solutions across multiple industries.
- Manage client relationships and lead the delivery of digital campaigns from inception to completion.
- Work closely with internal teams to oversee timelines, budgets, reporting, and quality assurance.
- Bring a deep understanding of digital performance and communicate results clearly, strategically, and with impact.
- Be the primary point of contact for a group of clients and foster strong, long-term relationships based on trust and measurable outcomes.
- Lead workshops, campaign reviews, reporting, and strategy discussions.
- Oversee timelines, budgets, documentation, and campaign execution.
- Collaborate with internal specialists in media, creative, strategy, and technology.
- Prepare briefs, proposals, and performance summaries.
- Connect campaign data to client business outcomes.
- Communicate results in a clear, confident, and meaningful way.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a digital agency in account or client management.
- A solid understanding of campaign delivery, timelines, and project flow.
- Hands-on experience across various channels including SEO, SEM, PPC, Programmatic Display, BVOD, YouTube, and Catch Up TV.
- Experience in media planning, reporting, and presenting results to clients.
- Confident managing multiple projects and internal teams simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Sharp attention to detail and well-developed organizational skills.
- A strategic mindset with a genuine passion for helping clients grow.
- Able to interpret data and explain complex results in a clear and simple way.
- Comfortable working autonomously and proactively.
- Hybrid role offering flexibility.
