Overview

About the Role

As a Residential Youth Worker, you will be the backbone of our mission. Working under the guidance of experienced Team Leaders and Youth Coordinators, you will:

  • Support and Guide: Provide day-to-day care, teach practical and social skills, and prepare young people for adulthood.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Qualifications: Cert IV in Child, Family, and Youth Intervention (or equivalent) or willingness to obtain it.
  • Screening: Current Working with Children Check, NDIS Worker Screening, and LCS2.
  • Availability: Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, sleepovers, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Passion: A genuine commitment to supporting young people and contributing to a positive team culture.
