Overview

We are working with a leading Recruitment business to secure a Business Manager for their Sydney operations. This is your opportunity to join a progressive and growing national business, with a strong hold across Labour Hire & Blue Collar recruitment, including industry sectors such as Manufacturing, Logistics & Construction. As a passionate champion of change, you will be motivated to develop the business as your own, coaching and mentoring the team to step into their own career growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing all branch operations including financials, service delivery and team management
  • Building and developing client relationships across all industry sectors
  • Ensure recruitment activities are operating under compliance and safety requirements
  • Coaching and mentoring the team to ensure their own individual success
  • Continual review and management of branch profitability, providing reports to the greater leadership team
Your Experience
  • Demonstrated experience in a Leadership capacity
  • Passion for Business Development and creating new opportunities
  • Ideally experience across Manufacturing, Logistics and Construction recruitment, predominately labour hire.
  • Strong communication skills, clear and concise direction
  • Ability to lead from the front and provide support to your team
