Weighbridge Administration Officer - Feedlot

Brindley Park Feedlot, located about 30 minutes from Roma, has a carrying capacity of 17,000 standard cattle units. ACC is a vertically integrated beef producer and supply chain with growth and development opportunities ahead.

Responsibilities
  • Provide professional liaison and communication with visitors, suppliers, staff and drivers
  • Accurately and timely collection, recording and processing of data and information
  • Utilise livestock data systems (e.g., StockaID and FY3000 or similar)
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Prepare and present reports on weighbridge activities as required
  • Provide backup support/relief to other administration team members

About You

With a customer-focused, positive attitude, you are keen to learn and able to:

  • Communicate effectively with a range of people
  • Use written and numerical skills accurately
  • Work with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Use computer systems, MS Office and livestock data systems

Plus a valid driver's licence. For the right candidate with an interest in hands-on livestock work, there is an opportunity to cross-train and rotate within the livestock team.
