Feedlot Operations Coordinator

The Weighbridge Operations Officer plays a pivotal role in the efficient operation of our feedlot. This key position involves providing professional liaison and communication with visitors, suppliers, staff, and drivers.
Responsibilities include accurately and timely collection, recording, and processing of data and information. The successful candidate will be responsible for utilising livestock data systems to streamline operations and preparing reports on weighbridge activities as required.
About YouTo succeed in this role, you will need strong organisational and time management skills, effective communication skills, and the ability to work with accuracy and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is also essential. Additionally, having a valid driver's licence and an interest in hands-on livestock work can be beneficial.
Key Responsibilities:- Liaise and communicate with visitors, suppliers, staff, and drivers effectively.
- Collect, record, and process data and information accurately and on time.
- Utilise livestock data systems to enhance operational efficiency.
- Prepare and present reports on weighbridge activities as necessary.
- Provide backup support or relief to other administration team members when required.
