How You Will Contribute

• Create and execute strategy and Joint Customer Business Plans for Woolworths
• Develop and drive broad customer relationships across all levels with a key focus on building relationships at an appropriate level within the customer Lead and grow our strategic partnerships
• Input into the development and implementation of long-term strategies to meet future customer requirements
• Optimise working cross functionally to deliver top results for the business
• Contribute to building a winning growth mindset TEAM culture by deepening own capability and inspiring colleagues to do the same.
  
  

What You Will Bring

A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge:

• Experience as a National Account Manager within an FMCG environment; experience managing major grocery is a must
• A high level of commercial acumen
• Learning agility; able to hit the ground running and pivot when required
• Proven experience developing and executing short and long term retail strategies
• Analytical problem solver with determination to deliver
• Strong stakeholder engagement and customer relationship skills
• Negotiating and influencing skills
  
  

This is an initial 12-month contract
