Overview

TIG Freight is expanding and seeking a tenacious Business Development Manager who loves opening new doors, building relationships, and delivering premium technology solutions that enhance logistics and supply chain efficiencies. You will be working with experts in the domestic freight market, collaborating with Sales to ensure customer needs are met every time. The role involves travel with on-road work on Tuesdays and Thursdays and in-office on other days.

Responsibilities
  • Develop new business opportunities and open doors with prospective customers.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners to grow revenue.
  • Present and promote premium logistics technology solutions that improve freight and supply chain efficiencies.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to deliver exceptional customer outcomes and ensure alignment with client needs.
  • Work with internal experts to craft tailored solutions for the domestic freight market.
What You'll Bring
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a solution-based business development role (Freight or Logistics experience essential)
  • Experience working to and exceeding targets
  • Engaging presentation skills and strong influence and negotiation skills
