Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Adelaide, SA. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, and driving the growth of our SDA projects. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, developing strategic plans, negotiating and closing deals, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure project success. The role requires a proactive approach to identifying investor needs and opportunities for partnership.

Qualifications

  • Business Development, Sales, and Strategic Planning skills
  • Relationship Building, Communication, and Negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in Market Research and Analysis
  • Project Management and Collaboration skills
  • Strong leadership and organizational abilities
  • Experience in the real estate or disability services sector is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
