We are in an exciting period of growth and looking for a talented Centre Manager for BKs Gymnastics in Cheltenham, Melbourne VIC to focus on programs for children at various levels aged between 1 – 12+ years.

The Role

OurCentre Manager (Gymnastics)at BK's Bayside, will look after the overall success of the business, working with our National Operations Manager to meet or exceed financial budgets, maintain and grow memberships aligned to the annual business plans and budgets.

As Centre Manager you will drive a safe, inclusive and positive culture. With a focus on memberships, services and operational excellence through great planning, staff mentoring and training. The successful applicant will be flexible or available to work aligned to the centre's timetable, including weekend/weekday evening hours.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

CUSTOMERS/ OPERATIONS:

Ensure great customer service for both participant and parents

Ensure the venue operates efficiently and profitably, aligned to our Standard Operating Procedures

Build the business by ensuring membership retention and growth, by effectively planning and execute promotions and events as per marketing/business calendar

Preparing localised/organic marketing, promotional plans and community outreach to drive memberships

Resolving customer/parent queries and complaints with a 'customer first' attitude

Ensuring compliance with WHS legislation – for staff and customers – adhering to all child safety standards

FINANCIALS:

Achieving or exceeding the centres operational and financial budgets through effective strong member growth and careful cost control

Maximising profitability, create membership and participation targets

STAFF MANAGEMENT:

Increase capability of staff to contribute effectively to a great culture

Responsible for recruiting, training and onboarding staff

Liaise with the Gymnastics Coaches to ensure the preparation of quality, safe and innovative gymnastics programs.
