Job Title: Asset Accountant

About the Role:

This role is part of our finance team and involves managing fixed asset transactions and events. The primary objectives are to ensure accurate accounting processes, reconcile accounts, prepare journals, and review fixed asset transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage fixed asset transactions and events
  • Ensure accurate accounting processes and reconcile accounts
  • Prepare journals and review fixed asset transactions

Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma in Accounting (CPA or CA)
  • Relevant work experience
  • Sound knowledge of asset accounting procedures and high-level financial administration processes
  • Strong computer literacy

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills and customer service focus
  • Ability to work effectively in a team
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage workload efficiently
  • Proficiency in operating relevant systems (Computron, Magiq, and Assetic/Brightly) and Microsoft Office
