This role is a sales and account management position offering a hybrid work model: 3 days in the office and 2 days WFH.

In this Role, you will:
  1. Grow the portfolio of accommodation partners in your market by introducing potential partners and facilitating onboarding.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners, providing data insights and strategies to increase market share and revenue.
  3. Conduct in-market research, provide insights, and hold performance review meetings with key stakeholders.
  4. Engage actively with accounts using various communication methods.
  5. Review partner performance, implement actions to optimize the portfolio.
  6. Resolve partner issues promptly and accurately.
  7. Coordinate merchandising activities with special deals and seasonal promotions to support marketing initiatives.
  8. Represent Trip.com locally, building the company's profile and providing market insights.
  9. Perform other duties as assigned.
What You'll Need to Succeed
  • At least 3 years' experience in sales, account management, or revenue within hospitality and tourism.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills for various stakeholders.
  • Strong relationship-building skills to earn trust and achieve outcomes.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and target-focused.
  • Proactive, persistent, and determined to achieve results.
  • Analytical skills to interpret insights and implement actions.
  • Committed to superior customer service.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel domestically 15-20% of the time.
  • Must have permanent work rights in Australia with no restrictions.
