Position Summary
We are currently looking for a Senior ITS Project Manager to take on an exciting opportunity with our team in Victoria. Our team of specialists deliver great outcomes to our clients for critical infrastructure automation and control technology not just on roads and tunnels, but across all industry sectors.

In This Role, You Will
Play a pivotal role in managing the complete lifecycle of projects aligned with specific sectors. Reporting to the Sector Program Manager or Head of Sector, you will be accountable for project delivery, customer relationship management, and contributing to our corporate objectives.
Using your industry experience, commercial acumen and technical excellence, you will oversee and lead a team in delivering headline transport infrastructure projects in Melbourne focusing mainly on Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS). The role will involve working with internal and external customers to achieve great outcomes, so it is essential that you have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, as well as proven problem solving skills.

  • Project Delivery - Close client liaison to manage project scope, costs, and schedules. Lead project teams to execute upon SAGE's safety processes and culture, manage full project lifecycle from procurement to commissioning and handover ensuring adherence to quality standards.
  • Project Portfolio Management: Prioritise resources effectively across multiple projects, reporting project status and managing risks proactively.
  • Corporate Objectives: Contribute to our culture of safety, promote company values, support strategic initiatives, and foster continuous improvement.

Skills And Experience

  • Experience in project delivery / project management on large-scale infrastructure projects.
  • Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS) project experience is highly valued.
  • Proven leadership experience and capability in managing teams and stakeholders.
  • Certification in Project Management (Certificate IV or Diploma) is desirable.
  • Australian driver's licence.
  • Must have the right to work in Australia.
