This is a pivotal opportunity to join our dynamic team in Victoria as a member of our Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS) engineering team. As an experienced Senior Systems ITS Engineer, you will play a crucial role in delivering innovative engineering solutions that meet project requirements within defined timelines.
Responsibilities and Expectations- Develop and implement ITS solutions, including product selection, procurement, and design. Ensure effective review of project-wide ITS designs and manage design interfaces to guarantee constructability.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to the VIC ITS Engineering team, ensuring seamless knowledge transfer and skill development.
- Design and deliver technical solutions aligned with project scope and requirements, conducting thorough risk assessments and escalating critical issues as necessary.
- Ensure adherence to project plans, quality standards, and customer expectations.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical, electronic, or controls related disciplines on large infrastructure projects.
- Significant experience in Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS) project delivery is highly valued.
- Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or related field is essential.
- Australian driver's licence is required.
- Must have the right to work in Australia.
