The Role

Based at our Melrose Park store, you will be a valued member of the team with rostered shifts and flexibility to cover additional shifts as required. Key responsibilities include:

  • Provide expert professional customer service to retail and trade customers
  • Promote and expand our Trade Loyalty Program and Trade accounts
  • Develop strong product knowledge to assist customers in making the best product choice
  • Achieve and exceed personal sales targets
  • Support other team members to ensure business goals are met
  • Contribute to store presentation through merchandising and housekeeping

About You

  • Previous experience in a customer service environment
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to genuinely connect with customers
  • Energetic and enthusiastic approach to all aspects of the job
  • Strong attention to detail
