We are seeking a motivated Assistant Account Executiveto support our branch with daily office operations. Your role will encompass a variety of administrative tasks, including client file reviews, account management, banking, redirecting incoming calls, and ordering office supplies. You will receive comprehensive training to familiarise yourself with our systems, enhancing your skills in the insurance industry.

About You:

  • Proven experience in administration, sales, or customer service
  • Insurance experience in underwriting, claims, or broking is advantageous
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High attention to detail in administrative tasks
  • Dedication to delivering exceptional client service
