The Role

As a Graduate Accountant, you'll work with senior accountants and partners on a variety of projects, providing you with practical experience to complement your CA studies. This role offers you the perfect blend of mentorship, responsibility, and opportunity to kick-start your professional journey.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Tax and Compliance: Assist in the preparation of tax returns and financial statements for individuals and businesses.
  2. Financial Reporting: Support the team with monthly financial reports, forecasts, and client analysis.
  3. Client Engagement: Build relationships by delivering excellent service and support to clients.
  4. Learning & Development: Stay updated with accounting standards and tax regulations through on-the-job training and mentorship.
  5. Software Use: Gain exposure to accounting software like Xero, QuickBooks, and MYOB.

What We're Looking For

  1. A recent graduate or about to graduate with a degree in accounting or a related field.
  2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  3. Interest in the CA program (enrolment is a plus).
  4. Willingness to learn and grow within a team-oriented environment.
  5. Familiarity with accounting software (even at a basic level) is desirable.
