Student Marketeer - Swinburne University of Technology (Campus) - Red Bull
Our Student Marketeers are the face of the Red Bull brand and are product ambassadors both on and off campus. The role focuses on approaching consumers to drive product trial, raise awareness, and establish Red Bull consumption in different moments of need. You will support our sales teams through sales drives, merchandising and other sales activities, and work at Red Bull events to ensure an unforgettable consumer brand experience. You will also act as the eyes and ears on the ground, gathering consumer insights to inform broader business opportunities.
Responsibilities- BE A BRAND & PRODUCT AMBASSADOR: Live and breathe the brand personality and company values, representing the brand in a premium way through everyday interactions with consumers. Grow our user base by inviting positive trial and awareness of Red Bull through sampling and bringing the brand to life amongst students.
- BE A SALES EXPERT: Build relationships with local sales account managers to ensure Red Bull is available and visible on and around campus. Collaborate with sales teams to open new distribution points and leverage Red Bull assets to stay top of mind with consumers.
- EXECUTIONAL EXCELLENCE: Attend to details in all areas of the role to deliver executional excellence. Share ideas and collaborate with the team both face-to-face and online. Plan activities, report in a timely manner, and provide local insights and opportunities to the wider Red Bull business.
- Areas of knowledge and expertise (not exhaustive): highly approachable, enjoy meeting new people, able to manage part-time work and studies with evening/weekend flexibility, passion for Red Bull, desire to learn marketing, negotiation and sales, organized with attention to detail, comfortable working alone or in a team, and a valid full driver's license. Proficient in written and verbal English.
Must be currently enrolled at Swinburne University of Technology Hawthorn Campus with 18 months minimum left in your degree.
