Our Student Marketeers are the face of the RedBull brand and are our product ambassadors both on & off campus. The purpose of the role consists of three main objectives: approaching consumers to drive positive product trial and awareness, helping establish RedBull consumption in different moments of need, and supporting our sales teams through sales drives, merchandising, and other sales support activities. Additionally, they work at RedBull events to ensure an unforgettable consumer experience with the brand. Our Student Marketeers are an essential part of the organization, acting as the eyes and ears on the ground to gather consumer perceptions of our brand and product, sharing these insights with the broader business to support future ideas and opportunities.

Responsibilities

Areas that play to your strengths:

  • Live and embody the brand personality traits and company values, representing the brand in a premium manner through everyday interactions with consumers or customers.
  • Grow our user base by encouraging positive trial and awareness of RedBull through sampling and bringing the brand to life among students.
  • Build relationships with local sales account managers to ensure RedBull is available and visible on and around campus.
  • Collaborate closely with sales teams to open new distribution points and leverage RedBull assets to stay top of mind with consumers.
  • Pay attention to details to deliver executional excellence.
  • Share ideas and collaborate with the team both face-to-face and online.
  • Plan activities effectively, report in a timely manner, and provide local insights, trends, and opportunities to the wider RedBull business.
    • Highly approachable, enjoy meeting new people & building relationships.
    • Living their best student life: work hard, play hard.
    • Ability to manage part-time work & studies with flexibility for evenings and weekends.
    • Passionate about the RedBull brand and product.
    • Desire to learn and develop skills in marketing, negotiation, and sales.
    • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working alone and in teams.
    • Valid full driver's license required.
    • Proficient in written and verbal English.
