Student Marketeer

The purpose of the role consists of three main areas: approaching consumers to drive positive product trial and awareness, supporting sales teams through sales drives and merchandising, and working at Red Bull events to ensure an unforgettable consumer experience.
They serve as the eyes and ears on the ground, gathering consumer perceptions of the brand and sharing insights to support future initiatives.
Responsibilities All responsibilities include: Representing the brand with professionalism and engaging positively with consumers and customers, promoting brand personality traits and values.
Growing the user base by inviting positive trial and awareness through sampling and brand activation among students.
Building relationships with local sales account managers to ensure Red Bull's availability and visibility on and around campus.
Collaborating with sales teams to open new distribution points and leverage Red Bull assets to stay top of mind with consumers.
Delivering executional excellence with attention to detail, sharing ideas, and providing local insights and trends to the wider Red Bull team.
Candidate Profile Highly approachable, enjoys meeting new people, and building relationships.
Living their best student life, balancing work and studies with flexibility for evenings and weekends.
Passionate about the Red Bull brand and eager to learn marketing, negotiation, and sales skills.
Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently and in teams.
Possession of a valid full driver's license.
Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
Available to travel 0-10%.
