Responsibilities
  • Coaching for Success: Guide and inspire our team to excel in sales and deliver the Laser Clinics Experience.
  • Cultivating Culture: Foster a positive, high-performance culture within the clinic for a supportive environment.
  • Expertise in Beauty Treatments: Showcase your proficiency in skin, LED, laser, and Skinstitut treatments.
  • Product Knowledge: Enhance your team's skills in specialist product knowledge.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring clients receive a memorable experience.
  • Operational Support: Assist with operations such as rostering, banking, and end-of-day procedures to keep the clinic running smoothly.
Qualifications
  • Management experience or potential: We would love to hear from candidates with proven management experience or those with the drive and capability to step into a leadership role, such as experienced therapists ready for career progression.
  • Formal qualification in Beauty (Cert IV, Diploma of Beauty Therapy).
  • Demonstrates expertise as a therapist with a strong passion for the beauty industry.
  • Strong customer service and sales skills focused on achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and team-building skills.
