Due to a period of growth and internal promotion, we are currently seeking passionate Restaurant Managers to join the Ainslie Group team, with an immediate start for the right candidates and a salary well-above award rate
The ideal candidates will have proven experience in a similar role, excellent leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other teams.

Objectives
The key objectives of the Restaurant Manager role are to drive excellence in customer service, manage staff effectively, and ensure efficiency and cohesion in day-to-day operations of the venue's restaurant.
As a representative of the management team, the Restaurant Manager is responsible for oversight of the restaurant and is expected to lead the team by example and maintain close and direct contact with members and guests, as well as identify opportunities for experience improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively direct and supervise staff and food service during restaurant service periods to ensure ongoing operational efficiency and coordination
- Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth service, consistent food quality, and an inviting atmosphere for all guests
- Monitor food quality, presentation and timeliness for the restaurant, in conjunction with the Head Chef
- Conduct customer service standards training with staff and appropriately review their ongoing progress and development in this area, in conjunction with the Operations Manager
- Review front of house displays and signage to ensure branding consistency and support for promotions.
Restaurant Manager Position Requirements
- Understanding of service standards for a restaurant/hospitality environment
- Comprehensive understanding of liquor licensing regulations and compliance requirements
- Knowledge of hygiene and food safety laws and practices
- Expertise in operating and managing POS systems
- Proficient in reservation systems and staff scheduling platforms
- Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certification
- Demonstrated experience leading a large and diverse team
- Minimum two (2) years working as a supervisor or manager in the Hospitality Industry
- Diploma in Hospitality (Desirable)
