About the Role:

This is a full-time multi-site role based across our ACT stores.

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the management of store compliance, stock, and performance.

In this role you will:

  • Lead and manage store sales staff
  • Assist customers with enquiries and sales
  • Handle point-of-sale transactions and associated administration
  • Maintain store presentation and replenish stock
  • Ensure compliance with store policies and procedures
  • Provide training and development for sales teams
  • Monitor achievement of KPIs and manage performance

About You:

We are seeking candidates who have:

  • Previous experience in retail or customer service environment
  • Previous experience in a management role
  • Confidence in using computer technology
  • Experience with point-of-sale systems
