The Opportunity
We power the experiences that make travel unforgettable. As a leading SaaS booking platform for the experience industry, we help operators streamline operations, drive bookings, and grow revenue.
We're looking for a driven, results-oriented Outbound Sales Executive to take ownership of outbound sales in ANZ. This is a rare opportunity to step into a brand-new function, test and refine strategies, and set the foundation for future growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pipeline Generation: Targeting and engaging tourism operators, leveraging research, outbound calls, and networking.
- Sales Cycle Ownership: From cold outreach to discovery calls, demos, and closing deals.
- Outbound Strategy Development: Experimenting with different sales approaches, tracking results, and refining tactics.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working with marketing, onboarding, and customer success to create a seamless customer journey.
- Results-Driven Performance: Setting the benchmark for outbound sales at Rezdy.
What You Bring:
- Proven Outbound Sales Experience: You've worked in a proactive sales role, ideally in SaaS, software, or the travel/tourism industry.
- Sales Acumen: You understand the outbound motion, know how to manage a pipeline, and can talk metrics.
- Hunter Mentality: You're proactive, thrive on generating leads, and love closing deals.
- Start-Up/Scale-Up Mindset: You're comfortable with ambiguity, know how to adapt, and want to be part of building something from scratch.
- Resilience and Adaptability: You understand that outbound sales aren't always straightforward, and you're ready to test, refine, and improve.
