Front of House (FOH) - Gold Coast Studio (Casual, starting September 2025)

Fin Design + Effects is looking for a Front of House (FOH) superstar to join our Gold Coast studio This is a casual role to start, with flexibility required, and as the studio grows there may be an opportunity to transition into a part-time position.

As the first face people see when they walk through our doors, you'll play a key role in keeping our studio welcoming and well organised, while supporting many departments and operations to deliver outstanding creative work.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Be the friendly first point of contact for staff, visitors, and supplies in relation to the Ballina facility.
  • Keep the studio humming by managing phones, emails, meetings, travel, and deliveries.
  • Support the team with calendars, events, and day-to-day coordination.
  • Organise fun team moments (from birthday celebrations to wrap parties).
  • Keep our space stocked, safe, and ready to go.
  • Maintain the studio's upkeep, including kitchen organisation and restocking
  • Provide light IT and office troubleshooting (and learn as you go).
  • Help foster a positive, people-first culture both in person and on Slack.
