Project Manager

Design & Build is searching for a fit out project manager with experience working across a variety of high dollar commercial fit out and refurb projects.
This is a permanent position based in a Brisbane office and obviously out on site as required. The successful applicant will be expected to run between 1 - 3 projects at a time depending on project requirements and complexity. You will have a real opportunity to progress into a senior project management positions and beyond, if you show a willingness to push the business forward and look to improve business processes.
Role & Responsibilities
- Executing project delivery strategy on various fit out projects
- Effectively lead your Contracts Admin, Site Managers and Trades
- Stakeholder engagement and management
- Program/schedule management
- Identifying and reporting risk where relevant, whilst operating in compliance with ethical practices
- ECI and pre construction responsibilities
- Assisting with preparation and attending client pitches and presentations
- Recent and relevant Commercial fit-out experience
- Experience delivering projects in excess of $15M
- Fit out planning, estimating, budgeting, and forecasting experience
- Willingness to assist in company growth and process improvement
