Located in Mackay, QLD
NTHA is a nationally registered Group Training Organisation that employs and supports trainees & apprentices by placing them with host employers for quality, paid hands-on training and experience.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to undertake a Business-to-Business Sales Traineeship (SIR30316). This 12-month, entry-level opportunity is perfect for someone looking to build a long-term career in sales, administration, and business. You'll gain hands-on experience in a real business environment while completing your nationally recognised qualification — and be supported every step of the way.
TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Build and maintain strong business relationships with clients

• Assist with quoting, invoicing, and processing product orders

• Become familiar with a wide range of locally manufactured products

• Use internal systems to manage customer data and communications

• Book appointments and schedule jobs for tradespeople

• Administrative tasks

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE

• A current driver's license (P1's is fine) and own reliable car

• A genuine interest in administration, business and sales

• Willingness to learn and follow instructions

• Reliable, punctual, and hard-working attitude

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• Basic computer skills and confidence using Microsoft Office

• Has had some form of employment
Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM Monday - Friday.
