Join the team. This is a fantastic opportunity to design, develop and maintain business intelligence solutions that support the Inventory team and coordinate BI activities across the Inventory function.

What you'll be doing
  • Design and build datasets for business intelligence and automation needs
  • Keep Inventory Confluence reporting reference materials up to date
  • Communicate business intelligence insights effectively
  • Ensure reporting adheres to Inventory reporting standards
  • Maintain report data integrity and manage Inventory data costs
  • Deliver consistent availability of reports for trade meetings
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, lead and simplify reporting needs in a standardised way
  • Design, develop, and maintain BI solutions tailored to the Inventory team's needs
  • Translate complex data into narratives that resonate with business stakeholders
  • Build logic and models to uncover trends, forecast outcomes, and drive smarter decisions
Planning & Time Management
  • Timely report creation based on ad hoc business needs
  • Review and manage system-generated exceptions
  • Meet key milestone dates for ongoing projects
  • Liaise with stakeholders to meet KPIs and deadlines
Required competencies and qualifications
  • Autonomous and proactive with a drive to deliver results
  • Natural storyteller with data; able to craft insights that influence business direction
  • Technical strength in BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and SQL
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and solving problems creatively and precisely
  • Clear communicator bridging technical detail and commercial impact
  • Experience in BI, data analysis, and reporting in retail contexts is preferred
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Power BI, Python, Power Automate, and SQL/Snowflake
  • Excellent prioritization and organizational skills
  • Ability to influence and engage effectively with stakeholders
  • Ability to make data-driven commercial decisions
