About the Position

The Power BI Specialist (Contractor) will be responsible for developing, enhancing, and maintaining enterprise reporting solutions using Microsoft Power BI, Power Automate, and data from SAP Business One and other sources. Working closely with Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, and other operational teams, the role will focus on building scalable dashboards, robust data models, and exception-based reporting to improve data-driven decision-making across the business.

Key Duties

  • Design, enhance, and maintain Power BI semantic data models to support self-service analytics and standardised reporting.
  • Develop advanced DAX measures and calculations to meet complex business logic and reporting needs.
  • Build and deploy interactive reports and dashboards for Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, and other business areas.
  • Implement exception-based reporting and proactive alerts using Power Automate.
  • Work with stakeholders to identify and resolve data quality issues and improve data consistency.
  • Collaborate with SAP and Data Engineering teams to optimise and streamline data pipelines into Power BI.
  • Apply and maintain data governance, security, and performance best practices across BI solutions.
  • Produce documentation, provide knowledge transfer, and support internal teams to strengthen BI capability.
