Overview

Real Estate Sales Rep at Elders role focusing on prospecting, listing and selling rural properties including farms, acreages/lifestyle blocks, and agricultural land. You will apply knowledge of zoning, water rights, soil types, and infrastructure to build relationships with landowners, investors and buyers, providing expert advice, market analysis, and tailored marketing strategies that highlight value and potential of each property. Strong relationships within rural communities, a passion for the land, and the ability to navigate traditional and digital marketing channels are key to success. A market competitive remuneration package is available with flexibility in structure based on experience and proven sales history. The role operates from the newly opened full branch site on Taylor Street Toowoomba. With the backing of the Elders network, you will be supported to learn and grow your career.


Responsibilities
  • List, market and sell properties
  • Build and maintain client relationships to understand their current and future needs
  • Participate in Branch business development programs
  • Achieve targets for sales, listings, appraisals and vendor-paid advertising
  • Ensure personal compliance with all professional standards and reporting requirements
  • Work with the Elders team to enable clients to explore new innovative opportunities
  • Maximise promotional opportunities, including helping at field days and community events

About You
  • Possess local real estate industry experience and associated influences
  • Can appraise properties and identify positive aspects and potential of both rural and residential properties
  • Hold a Real Estate licence and a current driver's licence (essential)
  • Possess an understanding of Real Estate Legislation with a keen eye for detail
  • Have excellent communication, organizational, negotiation and client relationship skills
  • Be a collaborative team player who is enthusiastic, energetic and highly organised with good time management skills
