About the Role

Reporting to the Head of Finance, this is a pivotal role managing daily finance operations while collaborating across departments and with external partners. You'll oversee accounts payable and receivable, billing and procurement processes, and ensure accurate financial reporting to help drive strategic decision-making.

Your key responsibilities
  • Managing daily finance operations: AP, AR, month-end closing, job profitability, and project time reporting checks
  • Overseeing client billing, evidence management, revenue forecasts and project financial health
  • Handling procurement operations: liaising with client procurement teams, vendors, managing tenders, VMS systems, vendor pools and cost-saving initiatives
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant policies and maintaining high-quality vendor standards
  • Preparing reports and analysis for HQ/RHQ, supporting informed decision-making
  • Collaborating with account services and project management teams to maintain best practice procurement and financial accuracy
About You
  • 5+ years' experience in finance operations, procurement, or retail fixture (shopfitting industry experience highly regarded)
  • Strong understanding of accounting, billing, project management and high-volume data processing
  • Exceptional organisational and communication skills
  • Strong Excel and Microsoft Office suite capabilities
  • Attention to detail, ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
  • Energetic, proactive, and keen to learn with a true 'can-do' attitude
