The International Institute of Business (IIB) is a CRICOS-registered training organisation dedicated to providing quality education to international students. We prioritise ethical marketing, compliance, and student engagement, ensuring our messaging aligns with CRICOS, ESOS, and ASQA regulations.

About the Role

Lead IIB as Chief Executive Officer/Principal Executive Officer, accountable for strategy, solvency, compliance, and student outcomes across domestic and CRICOS operations. You'll set direction, manage risk, keep the provider audit-ready, and represent IIB to regulators, industry and agents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set strategy, culture and performance; deliver on board/owner priorities
  • Govern risk, quality and continuous improvement, close issues fast
  • Oversee compliance and audit readiness across all operations
  • Assure academic quality and student wellbeing; lift measurable outcomes
  • Oversee international student operations and ethical marketing/agents
  • Ensure data integrity and reporting; approve and notify material changes
  • Build and coach teams, workforce planning and RTO PD
  • Engage stakeholders: board, regulators, industry and community

  • Academic quality oversight with improved learner outcomes
  • Oversight of international student operations and agent governance
  • Builds and coaches teams, and drives continuous improvement
  • Meets Fit and Proper Person requirements
