I am looking for a Senior Broker to join my desk in Melbourne. This is not a seat for the average broker. This is a seat for someone who wants supreme mentorship, access to the fastest-growing deal flow in the country, and the chance to operate at the very top of their game.

What you'll be doing

  • Driving execution across high-value Bitcoin and crypto OTC transactions
  • Leveraging your background in listed and unlisted equity and debt markets to engage sophisticated investors
  • Managing and growing your own client book while servicing Stormrake's premium client base
  • Structuring trades, delivering market insight, and executing with speed and accuracy
  • Working side by side with leadership in a fast-paced, high-performance environment

What we require

  • Proven experience in broking or advisory roles across equity and debt deals (listed and unlisted)
  • A demonstrable track record of client acquisition and deal execution
  • Strong understanding of capital markets, macro themes, and investor psychology
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
  • Hunger, resilience, and discipline – this is a performance-driven desk
  • Based in Melbourne with the ability to operate in a client-facing role
