I am looking for a Senior Broker to join my desk in Melbourne.

What you'll be doing Driving execution across high-value Bitcoin and crypto OTC transactions Leveraging your background in listed and unlisted equity and debt markets to engage sophisticated investors Managing and growing your own client book while servicing Stormrake's premium client base Structuring trades, delivering market insight, and executing with speed and accuracy Working side by side with leadership in a fast-paced, high-performance environment What we require Proven experience in broking or advisory roles across equity and debt deals (listed and unlisted)A demonstrable track record of client acquisition and deal execution Strong understanding of capital markets, macro themes, and investor psychology Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills Hunger, resilience, and discipline – this is a performance-driven desk Based in Melbourne with the ability to operate in a client-facing role What you'll get Direct mentorship from myself and exposure to Stormrake's global network Access to Stormrake's multi-exchange execution, liquidity pools, and institutional relationships A high-performance culture where excellence is rewarded and mediocrity is left at the door The opportunity to help shape the growth of Australia's leading prime brokerage in Bitcoin and digital assets If you're an ambitious broker ready to elevate into digital assets and operate at the sharp end of the market, this is the call-up you've been waiting for.
