AMIGA Montessori is a family-run organisation expanding rapidly, with 15 centres (and counting) providing quality education and care for children aged 6 weeks to six years in purpose-built centres. The Montessori program is structured around practical life, sensory experiences, mathematics, culture and language, and aligns with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).

Centre Chef – AMIGA Montessori Mount Waverley is seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Centre Chef who is committed to providing healthy, wholesome food for children. The successful candidate will work in a childcare kitchen, develop a seasonal rotating menu, and cater for allergies and intolerances.

Responsibilities
  • Develop a seasonal rotating menu for a childcare kitchen, including catering for allergies and intolerances.
  • Prepare healthy, age-appropriate meals for children in a Montessori setting.
  • Work as part of a team to provide quality child care, interactive learning, and memorable experiences.
