Job Overview: We are seeking a Full-Time Desktop Support Engineer to join our team in Brisbane. This mid-level position involves providing top-notch desktop support services and requires an individual with strong technical skills and troubleshooting expertise.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proficient in Windows OS troubleshooting with extensive experience in handling system issues. (Mandatory)
  • Skilled in Active Directory management, including adding/removing users, managing permissions, and directory structuring.
  • Experienced in Microsoft Office 365 support, including installations, updates, and troubleshooting for end users.
  • Competent in using remote desktop tools to support offsite users effectively.
  • Able to troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues.
  • Capable of hardware diagnostics and repairs.
  • Knowledgeable in asset management and imaging/reimaging processes.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely desktop support to end users, minimizing downtime.
  • Conduct diagnostics and troubleshoot hardware/software issues.
  • Manage Active Directory user accounts, permissions, and password resets.
  • Perform hardware installations, replacements, and upgrades.
  • Support network connectivity and security measures.
  • Collaborate with IT team members to improve service delivery.
  • Document procedures and troubleshooting steps.
