What you'll contribute

An exciting opportunity for a Connect Vehicles Reporting Coordinator to join our National Sales Division in a 12-month max-term role. The National Sales Division is responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of all national vehicle sales, fleet operations, integrated planning, logistics, and vehicle connectivity initiatives. Its objective is to drive vehicle sales volume, increase market share, and support overall profitability. The Connect Vehicles Reporting Coordinator plays a key role in supporting one of Toyota\'s strategic priorities — enhancing the digital value chain ecosystem within the National Sales Division. This role focuses on strengthening Toyota\'s genuine telematics solutions for Fleet customers and improving in-vehicle connected services for Retail customers. This role is based in Port Melbourne with flexible work arrangements on offer.

Responsibilities
  • Support Toyota\'s genuine telematics solutions by contributing to both sales and aftersales customer support initiatives. Collaborate across divisions to drive customer retention strategies and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in developing processes and reporting frameworks to increase awareness and drive customer onboarding to Toyota Halo and Toyota Connected Services.
  • Maintain reporting systems to deliver accurate and timely data that supports business planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
  • Lead and facilitate cross-divisional working groups to enhance collaboration and optimise service delivery.
  • Provide expert support to internal and external stakeholders to ensure services are delivered to the expected quality standards.
Qualifications / Your attributes
  • Proven experience in the automotive industry, with a strong focus on telematics and fleet customer management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including intermediate skills in VLOOKUP and PivotTables; experience with Power BI for reporting is highly desirable.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and engage with customers.
