Our client is a well-established accounting firm in Central Queensland, known for its expertise and commitment to excellence and has a strong history of promoting from within to partnership.

This role offers the opportunity to lead a tax/business services team, working closely with partners and mentoring Junior Accountants whilst servicing diverse clients, including SMEs, farming, and mining businesses.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, 5+ years' experience in an Australian CA or CPA firm, and proficiency in Xero, MYOB, and Intuit; CA or CPA completion is preferred.

Preference is given to Australian citizens and PR holders; applicants on a valid Australian work visa may be considered with 5+ years' Australian tax accounting experience and who have an unlimited work visa with an expiry date of 2027 or later and do not require any sponsorship.
