This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled accountant to join our business services and tax team.

Our expanding modern accounting practice in Mackay is seeking an intermediate or senior accountant with experience within an Australian accounting firm, coupled with CA/CPA qualifications or willing to complete.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in preparing IAS & BAS, financial statements and tax returns, Div 7A, CGT and FBT Calculations, as well as providing advisory services to clients. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, along with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Key responsibilities include engaging with a diverse portfolio of clients, maintaining and preparing clients' financial records, and liaising with the ATO.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare IAS & BAS, financial statements and tax returns, Div 7A, CGT and FBT Calculations.

Requirements:
