Base pay range

A$65,000.00/yr - A$85,000.00/yr

JT Consulting is working with one of our valued clients, a rapidly growing Managed Service Provider (MSP), to find a motivated Desktop Support Engineer to join their Helpdesk team based in Melbourne's South East.

Our client delivers cost-effective IT solutions across Australia, without compromising on quality or efficiency. With their accelerated business growth, they are looking for a confident, enthusiastic professional who thrives in customer service and problem-solving.

What we're looking for:

• Familiarity with remote management tools such as Datto RMM or Auto Task PSA (or similar)
• Exceptional phone manner and strong communication skills
• Professional attitude and high-level customer service focus
• Ability to manage customer expectations effectively
• Self-motivated and able to work autonomously
• Natural problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• A true team player

The role includes:

• Answering incoming calls and actioning support tickets
• Providing Level 1 IT Helpdesk support (remote and onsite)
• Computer diagnosis, repairs, and troubleshooting
• Basic network configuration support
• Microsoft products & Office 365 support/maintenance
