
Business Development Manager

K Care Healthcare Solutions is the manufacturing division of Country Care Group. We are one of the largest and most respected manufacturers and suppliers of medical and in-home aids for people living with disabilities, mobility impairments, and the aged.
We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to service our Victorian re-sellers and distributors. The main Distribution Centre is located in Epping, and ideally, the successful candidate will work from this site.
The successful candidate will deliver excellent customer service through the sales and hire of mobility and healthcare equipment. They will actively build and maintain effective relationships with key industry stakeholders to enhance our brand and achieve sales growth aligned with company strategies, sales goals, and KPIs.
Job Tasks & ResponsibilitiesPrimary Responsibilities
- Uphold company values of Integrity, Respect, Leadership, Passion, and Accountability in all interactions
- Travel regularly within Victoria to meet with re-sellers and distributors; occasional overnight travel required
- Provide outstanding customer service to promote product and service sales in line with KPIs
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, occupational therapists, and healthcare staff
- Create business development opportunities to foster client and sales growth
- Acquire product knowledge quickly to offer expert advice and demonstrate product benefits
- Identify market opportunities and implement growth strategies
- Support marketing campaigns to build the company's brand and services
- Maintain professional communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborate with HR and marketing teams to develop and deliver internal sales training
- Follow work health and safety policies, adhere to company policies and quality control procedures
- Undertake additional training and duties as required
- Industry experience is highly regarded
- Proven sales and relationship management success
- Excellent literacy and numeracy skills
- Minimum three years of sales experience
- Unrestricted driver's license and ability to travel regularly
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Reliable, trustworthy, flexible, and dependable
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills for quick relationship development
- Willing to undertake a National Police Check
- Right to work in Australia
