About the role
Seeking an experienced Security Services Business Development Manager to join our growing team at National Facilities Management Group. This full-time, on-site role is based in Laverton, Victoria and will play a crucial part in driving the expansion of our security services offering across the region.
What you'll be doing
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the security services market
- Developing and executing targeted sales and marketing strategies to secure new contracts
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Preparing detailed proposals and presentations to win new business
- Collaborating with the operational teams to ensure seamless delivery of security services
- Monitoring market trends and competitor activity to identify growth prospects
- Achieving and exceeding monthly/quarterly sales targets
What we're looking for
- 5+ years' experience in a business development or sales role within the security services industry
- Proven track record of successfully securing new contracts and growing a client portfolio
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Thorough understanding of the security services market and industry regulations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals
- A proactive, results-driven approach to business development
