About the role

Seeking an experienced Security Services Business Development Manager to join our growing team at National Facilities Management Group. This full-time, on-site role is based in Laverton, Victoria and will play a crucial part in driving the expansion of our security services offering across the region.

What you'll be doing

  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the security services market
  • Developing and executing targeted sales and marketing strategies to secure new contracts
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
  • Preparing detailed proposals and presentations to win new business
  • Collaborating with the operational teams to ensure seamless delivery of security services
  • Monitoring market trends and competitor activity to identify growth prospects
  • Achieving and exceeding monthly/quarterly sales targets

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years' experience in a business development or sales role within the security services industry
  • Proven track record of successfully securing new contracts and growing a client portfolio
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Thorough understanding of the security services market and industry regulations
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals
  • A proactive, results-driven approach to business development
