Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager located in Melbourne, VIC, with some work-from-home capability. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with clients, and creating strategies to drive company growth. Day-to-day tasks include market research, sales forecasting, developing pitches and proposals, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications
  • Experience in business development, sales, and client relationship management
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to conduct market research and analyze data
  • Strategic thinking and planning abilities
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite
  • Knowledge of the security industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
