The brand offering now spans a range of bio-fermented, probiotic-rich wholefood supplements and organic topical skincare products, with Carla working on her unique formulas with a team of leading microbiologists, naturopaths and nutritionists, employing cutting-edge research to develop products that support gut health and glowing skin.

The Beauty Chef lives and breathes wellness and is looking for Sales & Administration Assistant to join the team.

**About the role**

The role of the Sales and Administration Assistant is to support the sales team with all elements of administration and follow up support, to drive sales in stores, whilst providing excellent customer service in line with business requirements.

The role coordinates and provides account services to new and existing wholesale accounts and provides overflow support to domestic clinics and spas on behalf of the domestic/international sales team.

**Duties & responsibilities**
- Follows up on sales leads and actions any follow up communication
- Conducts regular visits to wholesale accounts and department stores to support sales, visually merchandise and share supporting educational materials
- Supports sales and customer sampling for marketing activations in department stores
- Organises account openings including the allocation of account support materials
- Supports sales administration including updating sales documents, spreadsheets, invoicing, and data entry
- Ensures all wholesale orders are processed and delivered in a timely manner
- Manages any returns or delivery issues
- Keeps regular contact with Stockists and ensures their requirements are met
- Assists sales team members as required

**Requirements**:

- 2 years' experience in Sales and Customer Service environment.
- Intermediate / Advanced Excel skills.
- Experience with Shopify and NetSuite highly regarded but not essential.
- Excellent organisational, accuracy and time management skills.
- Intermediate computer skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Driver's licence and access to a vehicle

**Salary**: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30.4 per week
