Based in Lidcombe, their sales division is looking for a motivated Sales Administrator to be an integral part of their operations.
Your New Role
This hands-on, fast-paced Sales Administrator role is perfect for someone who loves being organised, proactive, and making a real impact. You'll support the sales team while connecting with finance, logistics, and warehouse colleagues, ensuring every customer experience is seamless.
What You'll Be Doing
Process customer orders and create invoices accurately using the ERP systemEnsure all transactions meet company policies and proceduresProvide vital sales and administrative support to help achieve targetsAct as the key link between sales, finance, logistics, and warehouse teamsCoordinate with 3PL providers and local vendors to arrange deliveries and servicesManage credit approvals, incoming shipments, and site delivery requirements

About You
Previous experience as a Sales Administrator, Sales Coordinator, Sales Support Specialist, Order Processing Specialist or similar is idealProactive, detail-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced environmentA team player with a customer-first mindset
