Overview

Location: Newcastle. On site support and some short travel.

Salary: $34 - $42 an hour.

Contract: 12 month contract with potential extensions.

IT Level 2 Support

Key accountabilities
  • Provide day-to-day IT support to end users across two sites
  • Assist the existing support technician in managing service desk requests and escalating issues as needed
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain accurate documentation of IT systems, incidents, and resolutions
  • Support the setup, configuration, and maintenance of desktops, laptops, printers, and other office equipment
  • Participate in ongoing training and development under the guidance of the existing support technician
Essential Requirements
  • Ability to travel between Heatherbrae and Bennett\'s Green as needed
  • Willingness to learn and grow into a larger support role over time
  • Preference given to candidates based in or near Newcastle due to commuting concerns
