The RoleTIG Freight Management are seeking an awesome, agile HR Coordinator to help keep our people, operations, and events running smoothly.
This is a unique, multifaceted role at the heart of our team.
You'll be the go-to person for all things HR coordination, while also managing day-to-day office operations and planning company events that bring our culture to life.
This is a permanent position on a full time basis - hours are business hours Monday to Friday onsite (38 hours per week, start and finish times are flexible depending on your preference and business needs).
Reporting to the HR Manager, you will have the opportunity for mentorship to advance your career whilst receiving expert support and guidance.
You'll be based at Hawthorn HQ and will support our office, as well as smaller teams across QLD, NSW and SA.
Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources Coordination
- Support the full employee lifecycle: onboarding, offboarding, and everything in between.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Assist with recruitment logistics, job postings, and interview scheduling.
- Be the first point of contact for employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Coordinate training and employee engagement initiatives.
Office Coordination
- Oversee the smooth running of the office — from supplies and vendors to facilities management
- Manage office communications and ensure an organized, welcoming environment.
- Stock, supplies and snacks
Events Coordination
- Plan and execute internal events (team activities, wellness programs, celebrations).
- Coordinate logistics for in-person and virtual events.
- Collaborate with leadership to ensure events align with company culture and goals.
You'll work closely with management and employees across states, supporting the employee lifecycle, enhancing the workplace environment, and making our events memorable and meaningful.
