What's the role?

In this role, you will be part of the exciting development and construction of the Brisbane 2030 Olympics

Embarking on a career as an Account Manager at Hilti is an exciting journey for those keen to develop their career in a global company and build a strong business foundation. You will manage your own portfolio of customer accounts and have ownership to build a work schedule that suits you and your customers. You'll make sales by maintaining customer relationships, demonstrating our latest tools on the spot, and providing high-level customer consultation.

We have multiple Account Manager roles in various locations across QLD.

What does the role involve?
  1. Building relationships – meeting with customers daily to identify business opportunities and creating value through long-term, profitable relationships.
  2. Time and Territory Management (TTM) – creating a daily schedule that includes visits to jobsites and client offices to optimize client potential and sales productivity by zone territory.
  3. Be a Hilti Champion – carrying technical knowledge to present high-level customer consultations and representing the Hilti brand in the marketplace.
  4. Tracking your progress – utilizing Salesforce to record all interactions related to sales and reporting.
What you need is:
  1. Tertiary qualification (highly desirable).
  2. Previous experience in customer-facing roles.
  3. Eagerness to learn, motivated, and capable of working independently.
  4. Hands-on attitude – demonstrating tools to customers, using platforms like Salesforce, and collaborating with departments.
  5. Time management, planning, and prioritization skills.
  6. Valid full Australian driver's license – company vehicle provided.
  7. Engineering qualification or construction industry experience preferred but not mandatory.
  8. Candidates on 485 Temporary Graduate Visas will also be considered.
