The Opportunity

We are looking for a Senior Financial Accountant to join our Perth HQ team. Reporting directly to the Group Financial Controller and working closely with the CFO, this is a high-impact role with international scope. You'll own the Group's financial reporting obligations, consolidating our global operations across the UK, Spain, Sri Lanka, and the US.

This is a rare chance to combine complex technical accounting (share-based payments, business combinations, IFRS reporting) with the purpose-driven culture of a global SaaS scale-up.

What You'll Do
  • Lead the monthly and annual consolidation of our international group across multiple currencies.
  • Manage consolidation processes in Oracle NetSuite and support our global finance team.
  • Deliver timely, accurate IFRS reporting, covering key areas such as: Share-based payments, Business combinations, Financial instruments, Leases, Revenue recognition, Intangible assets
  • Prepare external financial statements and liaise with auditors across Perth, the UK, and Spain.
  • Provide technical accounting insights to senior leadership and help shape strategic decisions.
  • Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, systems, and internal controls.
What You'll Bring
  • CA/CPA qualified (or equivalent), with Big 4 or top-tier audit experience.
  • Strong experience consolidating international entities with multiple functional currencies.
  • Deep technical knowledge of IFRS, including share-based payments and business combinations.
  • Excellent communication skills—you can explain complex accounting to both finance and non-finance leaders.
  • A proactive, detail-focused approach with the ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
